However, if your item arrives damaged, broken, or has a printing error, we will gladly send you a free replacement!

To request a replacement for a damaged item:

Do not ship the item back to the address on the package.

Open a return request here or contact us at rj@culturearmor.net. Provide your order number and clear photos showing the damage or printing defect.

We will submit the issue to our print provider and get a brand-new replacement sent to you immediately!
